Passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 10, 2018. Dearly loved husband of the late Betty. Adored father of Annette, and Julie. Much loved Pop of Sarah, Mickey, Paige and Poppy of Ryan. Loved brother of Edna, Joan, Mary Dorothy (dec) Max (dec), Stan (dec). Jack will be sadly missed by his loving family and many dear friends.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Jack will be held at Lakeside Memorial Park Chapel, Kanahooka Road Kanahooka NSW  on Wednesday January 17, 2018  at 1pm. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend.
